Heartland Elementary will begin online registration August 14, 2013 through August 23, 2013. You will be required to go online and complete all of the forms to register you student or students this year. Please go to the Jordan School District Skyward Family Access, using your parent login and password, then select Heartland Elementary Student.
Please make sure to fill out every form, including the emergency contact form for each child, because the information will not automatically transfer from one child to another.
For our convenience we will have computers set up from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at Heartland Elementary during the online registration window. There will be an extended opportunity to register on Tuesday, August 20 and Wednesday, August 21 where the school will be open and the computers and Spanish translators will be available until 8:00 pm.
